Complicated Week But an Easy and Decadent Pudding

This week has been wonderfully busy with the arrival of Jackson-so our meals have been rather sporadically served at home. But Steve loves avocadoes and I love chocolate pudding-give this very chocolatey and different pudding a try.  It's fast and easy too!
