what's cooking?

 Hard to believe, but we're about ready to embark on a two week Odyssey (literally, since our ship is Odyssey of the Seas).  Yep, we are going on a transatlantic cruise for two weeks!

I've never been to Europe, so this is quite the journey.  Steve went last summer with Sarah and the boys.  But he's only been to one of the five ports that we will be visiting.  We'll be seeing Malaga, Valencia and Mallorca Spain, Marseilles, France and Pisa, Italy. 

For the first time since our ill-fated Alaskan adventure way back in 1992, we are packing long pants and sweaters for the cold nights on the ocean.  Spring temperatures have been extremely late in their arrival this year, so I'm not looking forward to bundling up again!  Plus, we've been told that sometimes it rains going the crossing.

Hmmmm.

Don't care!  Looking forward to seeing new areas, meeting new people and experiencing new things.   

Coming home?  Well, I don't want to think about that 18-hour torture until I have too.  I can certainly wait for the consequences that will surely happen once I come home.
