Bring it on, 2024!

What kind of hopes do you have for this shiny new year?

Besides the ubiquitous "good health, good luck and good riddance to 2023"?

The older I become the less I need and want.

Okay, I admit:  I want a skeletal and joint over haul.  I am wise enough to know that's not going to happen.  I'll be shooting for some noticeable improvement.

My other hopes?

For our daughter, Sarah:  May you find exactly what you are looking for and that it brings you happiness and peace.

For our son, Adam:  May the coming year be what you want it to be and more.

For our daughter-from-love, Samantha:  May you get the chance to breathe and enjoy!

To our grandchildren, Dylan, Aidan, Jackson and Bryce:  My wishes for you all are that you continue to grow, learn and discover who you are and it will lead you to the happiest of lives.

To my husband and soulmate of almost 44years, Steve: May we continue our journey with relatively good health, mobility and the savings to enjoy our so-called golden years.

Even though they obviously can't read, may our fur babies continue to enrich our lives for many more years to come.

All close relatives and friends, I hope for you only the best!

The world is changing and I fear not for the best.  Let's remember this and be kind.
