Arr, some boiled corned beef for dinner. Can't go wrong with that, me friend. I have a hankerin' for a bit of petatoes O'Brian meself.
I'm a big fan of St. Patrick's Day. We're going to an Irish pub for lunch this Sunday. And driving up to Bay City for the St. Patrick's Day parade up there. My nephew throws a big bash at his garage. I bought a special set of green beads while down in Florida just to show them off.

sounds like fun Dave! Steve loves good corned beef-that's why I stressed getting the more expensive cut! the least expensive is stringy and isn't really good for sandwiches the next day.
although-it is great for hash or to flavor those potatoes o'brien! love to see you wear those beads.
