Kale-it's the New Spinach
Spinach has ruled in our home for years, but thanks to True Food and Dr. A. Weil-Kale has become the "new" spinach!

This sounds delicious and with 140 calories and 8 grams of fiber? What a bargain - must try. If I can only figure out where the Kale is at Fresh N Easy - lol!

OMG-I'd think that if Super WalMart has bags of kale, fresh and easy would have it too!
Costco-on a lucky day has really great baby kale too.
