Quinoa: from breakfast to dessert

We love quinoa-versatile, healthy and very tasty.  We usually have it as a dinner side and then I make it into a veggie/quinoa salad if we have leftovers-but I've found some recipes that have it going from dinner to dessert-with no guilt!

I wasn't convinced I would like Quinoa at all but when I saw a SW Quinoa Salad at Fresh & Easy, I decided to give it a try. It was delicious! So, thanks for the recommendation.
it's so easy (just remember to rinse thoroughly or it has a bitter taste!)and fast.

You can have a side dish ready in under 25 minutes and just like rice or pasta, the combinations are endless.

And breakfast! make it the night before in a huge pot and dress it up and zap it in the morning as well.

I love to cook mine in either chicken or veggie stock and then create a entrée salad.
