Time for Jackets?
Weatherwise, this week was quite a surprise!
Wednesday, we awoke to wind and extreme cold.
Cold enough that both dogs wouldn't think of letting me drag them outside until I bundleD them up in their winter coats!
It was probably not a good idea to go walking that morning. With now both Adam and I having lung issues, we came back feeling is if our lungs were on fire. Instead of going off to water aerobics we decided to take a trip up the street to our local Starbucks and get coffee to warm up.
The next morning we had the same greeting. So we both decided rather than put ourselves through that we delay our walk.
To explain, by about 12:00 PM our cold windy weather went back to it's normal hot and sunny. We're at that time where we have no idea, really, how to dress.
Take yesterday, for an example. We again decided to postpone our walk because of the cold and the wind. But according to a certain Squawk box, by 10:00 it was supposed to be 70° and the wind was to just disappear. So I went to water aerobics.
Well I agree the temperature of the sun was quite nice I truly resented the fact that the wind was blowing and quite cold.
I hate cold. And I really hate being cold and wet. But I made it through class and went on with my day.
This morning, since it was still pretty chilly and the wind was still pronounced, we waited till about 11 to take our walk. The kids and Adam did wear shorts but I it already put on pants and was regretting my decision.
Despite the 50 ° weather we woke up with it is now a firm 85.
And that was our week, from 1 extreme to the other.
